A federal high court in Abuja has declared the activities of Yan Bindiga and Yan Ta’adda bandit groups as acts of terrorism. Hon. Justice Taiwo Taiwo, presiding judge, gave the order on an ex parte motion filed by the federal government. A Warri Chief Magistrate’s Court has Arraigned Ayirimi Emami, the deposed Ologbotsere of Warri Kingdom, over alleged stealing of two royal crowns worth N2 billion belonging to Warri Kingdom. The Lagos State Judiciary has held a valedictory court session in honour of a former Chief Judge of the state, late Justice Samuel Ilori. A statement released on Thursday titled, ‘Lagos Judiciary Holds Valedictory Court Session In Honour Of Late Justice Samuel Omotunde Ilori,’ revealed that the session was held at the premises of the Ikeja High Court.
