The Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) has announced a revision of certain service fees, with the new rates scheduled to take effect from August 1, 2025. This was disclosed in a public notice signed by the Management of the Commission and published via its official communication channels.

According to the notice, the decision to review the fees was made after careful consideration of prevailing economic realities, including rising operational costs and extensive engagement with key stakeholders across the country.

“The review of fees is crucial to ensuring that the Commission continues to provide prompt, efficient, and technology-driven services that meet the expectations of its stakeholders for the benefit of the Nigerian economy,” the statement read.

The Commission emphasized that the changes are modest and competitive, and are aimed at strengthening service delivery, particularly as the CAC continues to transition into a fully digitalized and technology-driven registry

Reaffirming its commitment to transparency, accountability, and customer satisfaction, the CAC noted that the fee review is part of broader reforms to improve Nigeria’s corporate regulatory framework and to maintain the integrity of the country’s corporate registry.

Stakeholders and the general public are encouraged to view the full schedule of reviewed fees on the Commission’s website via:
