The Emir of Kano, Lamido Sanusi, has been offered admission to Northwest University, Kano to pursue a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree. The Nigerian Bar Association Institute of Continuing Legal Education (NBA-ICLE) has reminded legal practitioners of their Continuing Professional Development (CPD) obligations for the current reporting year. President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has approved the appointment of Dr Olugbemisola Titilayo Odusote as the director-general of the Nigerian Law School. In a statement on Tuesday, Bayo Onanuga, Presidential spokesman, said the appointment will take effect on January 10, 2026, and it is for a four-year term.
