In furtherance to the practice Direction dated 4th May, 2020, (Click Here to Download 1st Practice Direction) and with the new one dated 15th May, 2020; each court may hear cases which can be fully heard or prosecuted by Affidavit Evidence only such as – Originating Summons, Fundamental Human Rights cases, Originating Motions, Judicial Review Applications, Appeals and Any Other matter where oral Evidence is not required.
