The Presidential Election Petition Court, PEPC, sitting at the Court of Appeal in Abuja, on Wednesday, gave the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, the nod to reconfigure the Bimodal Voter Accreditation System, BVAS, it used for the presidential election. A Belarusian court on Friday sentenced Nobel Peace Prize winner and human rights activist Ales Bialiatski to 10 years in prison after finding him guilty of bankrolling protests. The states are Adamawa, Akwa Ibom, Bayelsa, Delta, Edo, Taraba and Sokoto.
