On October 18, 2024, Hon. In her speech, Justice Oluyemi outlined the historical evolution of land administration in Lagos, from customary land laws to modern statutory frameworks.
The address also explored current legal definitions, key stakeholders’ roles, government interventions, and ongoing challenges due to rapid urbanization.
