The Nigerian Bar Association, NBA has at the just concluded National Executive Council meeting, among other resolutions reached, declared a Zero Tolerance for Abuse of Professional Privilege. NEC Condemned Mr. Tonye Clinton Jaja’s Promotion of Illegal ‘Blue Silk’ Rank.
In the Communique released by the Publicity Secretary of the Association, Bridget Edokwe Esq., NEC described his act as Professional Misconduct.

The National Executive Council (NEC) of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) held its quarterly meeting on Thursday, 20th November 2025, at Horatio Marquee 2, Okada Avenue, GRA, Benin City, Edo State.
