The President of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), Yakubu Chonoko Maikyau, OON, SAN received with dismay the news of the passing of Hon. Justice Safiyat Titi Daibu of the High Court of Kwara State.
The condolence message was contained in an official circular signed by NBA President, Yakubu Chonoko Maikyau, OON, SAN, sent to Lawhauz by the National Publicity Secretary, Akorede Habeeb Lawal.
Hon. Justice Daibu was an astute jurist and her lordship has been described as a disciplined, upright and courageous judge.
The NBA President condoles with the Chief Judge of Kwara State, the Nigerian judiciary, the Government and People of Kwara State, friends and family of Hon. Justice Daibu over the demise of her lordship and prays the Almighty Allah forgives her and comforts her family and friends.
