The Chief Judge of the Federal High Court, Hon. Justice J.T Tsoho issued a circular to guide Judges of the Federal High Court on Grant of Ex-parte Orders and Hearing of Cases outside of their Jurisdiction. This is in view of the forthcoming elections in some states in Nigeria and also in the nearest future.
