Lawbreed Limited, is a full fledged Law publishing and marketing Private Limited Liability Company, incorporated under the Laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. It is a publishing house, with a rich pedigree and had the honour in 1999, of resuscitating the Supreme Court Reports, that went off the shelf in July 1998.
In the words of Honourable Justice Mohammed Lawal Uwais, Chief Justice of Nigeria, on the resumption of the Publication in 1999:
“After over ten years of dormancy in the Publication of the Report, it was heartwarming when Layi Babatunde, ESQ, of Messrs. Lawbreed Limited, came to me with the Proposal to revive the Report and not only that, but also to bridge the gap from 1988 to date. His proposal received the approval of my learned brothers, the Honourable Justices of the Supreme Court and myself.”
The Supreme Court Reports listed with the National Library as ISSN 0794-6686 are now current and constitute our flagship publication, among other law Titles published by us.
